Chapter 10.15. ALASKA COOPERATIVE CORPORATION ACT
Article 05 DISSOLUTION
Sec. 10.15.485. Execution of statement of revocation of voluntary dissolution proceedings.
Upon the adoption of the resolution of revocation, a statement of revocation of voluntary dissolution proceedings shall be executed in duplicate by the cooperative by its president or a vice president and its secretary or an assistant secretary, and verified by one of the officers signing the statement, and must set forth a copy of the adopted resolution and other pertinent information as required by AS 10.15.460 and 10.15.465 to be set forth in a statement of intent to dissolve.
