Article 02 NAME AND SERVICE OF PROCESS
Sec. 10.06.125. Registration of corporate name.
A corporation organized and existing under the laws of a state or territory of the United States may register its corporate name if the name is not the same as, or deceptively similar to, the name of a domestic corporation, the name of a foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state, or a corporate name reserved or registered under this chapter or a business name reserved or registered under AS 10.35.
