Chapter 08.67. MOBILE HOME DEALERS
Sec. 08.67.060. Action on bond. [See effective date note]..
If a person suffers loss or damage by reason of a dealer, or a person doing business as a dealer, violating this chapter or committing fraud or making fraudulent representations in the course of doing business as a dealer, the person may bring an action in the appropriate court against the dealer and upon the bond.
