TITLE 15 ELECTIONS
Chapter 15.15. GENERAL PROCEDURE FOR ELECTIONS
Sec. 15.15.230. PROVIDING BALLOT TO VOTER.

When the voter has qualified to vote, the election judge shall give the voter an official ballot. The voter shall retire to a booth or private place to mark the ballot.
