TITLE 21 INSURANCE
Chapter 21.84. FRATERNAL BENEFIT SOCIETIES
Sec. 21.84.150. WAIVER.

The constitution and laws of the society may provide that a subordinate body, or any of its subordinate officers or members may not have the power or authority to waive any of the provisions of the laws and constitution of the society. The provisions shall be binding on the society and every member and beneficiary of a member.
