Chapter 17.07. FLOUR AND BREAD STANDARDS
Sec. 17.07.100. PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS.

A person who violates any provision of this chapter or the orders or regulations adopted or issued by the department under authority of this chapter, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine for each offense of not more than $200, or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
