Chapter 17.07. FLOUR AND BREAD STANDARDS
Sec. 17.07.060. TERMINATION OF SHORTAGE PERIOD.

When the department has reason to believe that a shortage no longer exists, it shall hold a public hearing, giving at least 10 days' notice, at which any interested person may present evidence. The department shall make findings based upon the evidence presented. If the department finds that the shortage no longer exists, it shall issue an order to become effective not less than 30 days after publication, revoking the previous order. Undisposed floor stocks of flour on hand on the effective date of the revocation order may be lawfully sold or disposed of.
