Chapter 17.07. FLOUR AND BREAD STANDARDS
Sec. 17.07.030. REQUIRED VITAMIN AND MINERAL CONTENT OF WHITE BREAD OR ROLLS.

A person may not manufacture, bake, sell, or offer for sale for human consumption in the state white bread or rolls unless the bread or rolls contain in each pound the following vitamins and minerals: (1) not less than 1.1 mg and not more than 1.8 mg of thiamine; (2) not less than 0.7 mg and not more than 1.6 mg of riboflavin; (3) not less than 10.0 mg and not more than 15.0 mg of niacin; (4) not less than 8.0 mg and not more than 12.5 mg of iron (Fe).
