TITLE 17 FOOD AND DRUGS
Chapter 17.05. STANDARDS OF SALE FOR FOOD AND DRINK
Sec. 17.05.050. RE-SERVING PROHIBITED.
A person may not serve for pay an article of food or drink or portion of food or drink which has been served to another. A person who violates this section, upon conviction, is punishable by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by a fine of not more than $100, or by both.
