TITLE 17 FOOD AND DRUGS
Chapter 17.05. STANDARDS OF SALE FOR FOOD AND DRINK
Sec. 17.05.010. SALE OF DISEASED, CORRUPTED OR UNWHOLESOME PROVISIONS PROHIBITED.

A person who knowingly sells diseased, corrupted, or unwholesome provisions, whether for meat or drink, without making the fact known to the buyer, upon conviction, is punishable by imprisonment for not less than three months nor more than one year, or by a fine of not less than $50 or more than $500.
