TITLE 44 STATE GOVERNMENT
Chapter 44.82 ALASKA GAS PIPELINE FINANCING AUTHORITY
Section 44.82.010 CREATION OF AUTHORITY.

There is created the Alaska Gas Pipeline Financing Authority. The authority is a public corporation of the state. It is an instrumentality of the state within the Department of Revenue, but has a legal existence independent of and separate from the state. Exercise by the authority of the powers conferred by this chapter is an essential governmental function of the state.
