TITLE 44 STATE GOVERNMENT
Chapter 44.81 COMMERCIAL FISHING AND AGRICULTURE BANK
Section 44.81.040 BYLAWS.

The board of directors shall adopt the initial bylaws of the bank. The power to alter, amend, or repeal the bylaws is vested in the board of directors. The bylaws may contain provisions for the regulation and management of the affairs of the bank not inconsistent with this chapter or other provisions of law.
