TITLE 44 STATE GOVERNMENT
Chapter 44.19
Section 44.19.103 CHAIRMAN, MEETINGS.

(a) The commission shall select one of its members to serve as chairman.

(b) The commission shall meet annually in the state capital, and at such other times and places as circumstances require. Meetings may be called by the governor, or by a majority of commission members.
