Section 34.45.700 AGREEMENT TO LOCATE REPORTED PROPERTY.
An agreement to pay compensation to recover or assist in the recovery of property reported under AS 34.45.280 , made within 24 months after the date payment or delivery is made under AS 34.45.320 , is unenforceable.
