TITLE 17 FOOD AND DRUGS
Chapter 17.07 FLOUR AND BREAD STANDARDS
Section 17.07.080 EFFECTIVENESS OF ORDERS AND REGULATIONS.

Orders and regulations adopted or issued by the department under this chapter shall be published as prescribed in this section and shall become effective upon the date the department determines. Publication of a notice, order, or regulation shall be made at least twice in at least one daily newspaper printed and published in the state.
