Chapter 12.65 CORONERS AND MEDICAL EXAMINERS
Section 12.65.070 SUBPOENA AND EXAMINATION OF WITNESSES.
The coroner shall, if necessary to determine the material facts relating to the death, subpoena and examine as witnesses persons who, in the opinion of the coroner, have knowledge of the material facts.
