Chapter 12.65 CORONERS AND MEDICAL EXAMINERS
Section 12.65.030 CORONERS.
(a) District judges and magistrates shall serve as ex officio coroners and shall perform the duties and exercise the authority of that office.
(b) Public administrators shall serve as coroners as provided by AS 22.15.310 and 22.15.350.
