Chapter 12.61
Section 12.61.030 DESIGNATION OF REPRESENTATIVE.
If more than one person who qualifies as a victim under AS 12.55.185 makes a request under this chapter, the prosecuting attorney shall designate one person for purposes of receiving the notice required and exercising the rights granted under this chapter.
