Section 09.45.100 REQUISITES OF NOTICE TO QUIT.
A notice to quit shall be in writing and shall be served upon the tenant or person in possession by being delivered to the tenant or person or left at the premises in case of absence from the premises, or the notice may be sent by registered or certified mail, in which case an additional three days shall be added to the 10 days.
