THIS SECTION WAS REPEALED IN THE 2022 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2022-2 EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 3, 2022. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.
A student athlete may not receive compensation for use of his or her name, image, or likeness as an inducement to attend or enroll in or continue attending a specific postsecondary educational institution.
