Exemption for Disabled Veterans from License Plate Issuance Fee.
A disabled veteran who qualifies for a partial or full exemption from privilege license taxes, registrations fees, or ad valorem taxes under Section 32-6-130, 40-12-244, or 40-12-254, shall also be exempt from the license plate issuance fee provided in 40-12-271.
