THIS SECTION WAS REPEALED IN THE 2022 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2022-2 EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 3, 2022. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.
The Alabama Athlete Agents Commission shall carry out the functions assigned to it in Section 8-26B-61, relating to oversight and enforcement of Article 3 and rules adopted by the Alabama Collegiate Athletics Commission.
