Faculties of universities, trade schools, etc., to be informed and to inform veterans' dependents of benefits provided.

THIS SECTION WAS AMENDED BY ACT 2022-91 IN THE 2022 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2022. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.

The president or head of each qualifying school must inform the faculty members of each respective institution of the provisions and benefits of this chapter, who in turn shall inform the spouses, widows, and children of veterans attending such institutions as to their rights and benefits under this chapter.
