REPEALED IN THE 2021 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2021-322 EFFECTIVE APRIL 29, 2021. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.
In the event the Division of Marine Police of the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency is transferred to any other agency, the administration of this chapter shall be transferred to that agency.
