Section 10A-1-7.31Business of foreign entity.

A foreign entity may not conduct in this state a business, activity, not for profit activity, or any other activity, whether or not for profit, that is not permitted by this title to be transacted by the domestic entity to which it most closely corresponds, unless other law of this state authorizes the entity to conduct the business, activity, not for profit activity, or any other activity, whether or not for profit.
