Section 9-2-151Rules for licensing of state lands for oyster aquaculture; fees. The commissioner of the department shall adopt rules for the licensing of state lands for oyster aquaculture in accordance with the recommendations of the board and to implement this article. The fees for leasing land pursuant to Section 9-2-150 shall be established by the State Lands Division in a manner that encourages the economic viability of oyster aquaculture in the state.
