Section 45-37-41.09Provisions cumulative; fees or charges. The provisions of this part are cumulative to all other grants of authority of the Jefferson County Board of Health and the Jefferson County Department of Health, whether by local or general law. Any fees or charges levied or charged under the provisions or as a result of this part shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50) per year.
