Section 45-2-70Mileage allowance. (a) In Baldwin County, each member of the county commission, at the discretion of the county commission, shall be entitled to receive a mileage allowance in the same amount as the mileage allowance authorized by the Internal Revenue Service.
(b) The provisions of this section shall be retroactive to January 1, 1987.
