Section 45-2-61.10Cost of assistance. The assistance provided by the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences through its state medical examiners or other scientists, employees, or agents shall be provided without fee to Baldwin County unless otherwise provided for by the law or agreement between the county governing body and the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences.
