Section 40-9-25George Lindsey Celebrity Benefit, Inc., Alabama Special Olympics, Inc., etc. The George Lindsey Celebrity Benefit, Inc., and the Alabama Special Olympics or any predecessor organizations or entities, are hereby exempt from paying any state, county or municipality sales or use taxes.
