Section 37-4-109Rates, charges and classifications for services. The commission shall prescribe just and reasonable rates, charges and classifications for the services rendered by a radio utility to subscribers, and the tariffs therefor shall be in such form and shall be filed and published in such manner and on such notice as the commission may prescribe, and shall be subject to change on such notice and in such manner as the commission may prescribe.
