Section 37-1-12.2Employees - Stenographic and other clerical assistants; special investigators. The commission shall employ such stenographic and other clerical assistants, and special investigators, as it may require for the performance of its duties. Such assistants and investigators shall be employed subject to the provisions of the state merit system law.
