Section 37-1-12.1Employees - Accountant, utility rates analyst, economist, etc. The commission is hereby authorized and empowered to employ technically qualified personnel to serve as members of its staff and under its direction and supervision, including but not limited to an accountant, a utility rates analyst, an economist and such other experts as the commission may determine to be necessary in the proper discharge of the commission's duties as prescribed by law.
