Section 35-6A-5Commisioners. If the court appoints commissioners pursuant to Section 35-6-45 and Section 35-6-62, each commissioner, in addition to the requirements and disqualifications applicable to commissioners in Sections 35-6-45, 35-6-46, and 35-6-62, shall be disinterested and impartial and not a party to or a participant in the action.
