Section 35-6-125Recordation of papers. All papers connected with the proceedings shall be filed, but shall not be recorded unless one or more of the parties request it, in which case such party or parties shall pay the costs thereof; and the papers, or the record thereof, shall be evidence of title between the parties and their privies, to their respective shares of the crops.
