Section 33-5-8Commissioner to supply information to federal agencies. The Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources shall supply to any authorized official or agency of the United States, upon such agency's or official's request and in accordance with any federal law or regulation relative thereto, necessary information pertaining to statistics and reports compiled under the provisions of this article.
