Section 33-5-6Enforcement of article. This article shall be enforced by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Division of Marine Police, by all law-enforcement officers of the state and by such other agents and employees of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources as may be designated and required by the commissioner.
