Section 29-7-13References to Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation.

The Code Commissioner, pursuant to Section 29-7-8, shall change all references to the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation in Title 22, and elsewhere as found in this code, to the Department of Mental Health. Code changes shall be made at a time determined appropriate by the Code Commissioner.
