Section 26-9-19Construction and applicability of chapter. (a) This chapter shall be construed liberally to secure the beneficial intents and purposes thereof and shall apply only to beneficiaries of the administration.
(b) This chapter shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the laws of those states which enact it.
