Section 22-7-2Schedule of fees; what fees to include. The State Board of Health shall fix a reasonable schedule of fees to be charged and collected from, or on behalf of, persons receiving home health services, and the amount of such fees shall include charges for personal services of the said employee and the expense attendant upon such services, such as the expense of necessary drugs, medicines, supplies and equipment.
