Section 22-3A-22Payment by State Treasurer authorized; records. Out of the revenues appropriated and pledged in or pursuant to Section 22-3A-16, the State Treasurer is authorized and directed to pay the principal of and the interest and premium (if any) on the bonds on the respective due dates of such principal, interest and premium (if any), and he is further authorized and directed to set up and maintain appropriate records pertaining thereto.
