Section 21-5-6Advisory council. The Governor shall request heads of state agencies and invite heads of federal agencies having direct interest in a program for the handicapped to serve as members of an advisory council to the committee. The advisory council shall annually elect a chairman who shall serve as the vice-chairman of the Governor's committee.
