Section 21-1-62Penalties for violation of article. Any person, including the officers, owners, or members of any corporation or organization, who violates the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be punished by fine of not exceeding $500.00 or imprisonment not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
