Section 16-60-111.15Administration of oaths and examination of witnesses. The board by its presiding officer, or its subcommittees by their chairs, the Chancellor, and any of his or her duly appointed agents shall have authority to administer oaths and to examine under oath, in any part of the state, witnesses in any matter pertaining to community and technical colleges, and to cause the examination to be reduced to writing.
