Section 16-60-111.10Personal and real property. The board may hold, lease, and rent real and personal property and may make such repairs and improvements on all property under its control as may be for the best interests of the community and technical colleges and, subject to the approval of the Governor, may acquire, sell, and convey title to real estate.
