Section 16-11-4Office of board. The office of the city board of education shall be in the principal school building of the respective city, unless otherwise adequately provided for. The city board of education shall provide the city superintendent of schools, his professional and clerical assistants with ample, convenient and comfortable office quarters and with adequate clerical supplies and equipment.
