Section 14-2-3Incorporation by state officials - Authority. The Governor, the Commissioner of Corrections, the Director of Finance, the Lieutenant Governor and the Attorney General may become a public corporation with the power and authority provided in this chapter by proceeding according to the provisions of this chapter.
