Section 14-14-6Review. This chapter shall not be deemed to grant any entitlement or right to release. Upon denial of release by the commissioner, the commissioner may schedule further review of consideration of medical furlough. No inmate or anyone acting on the inmate's behalf shall have the right to seek judicial review.
