Section 11-99-11Construction. Nothing herein shall be construed to authorize any municipality or county to lend its credit or to grant public money or things of value in aid of any individual, association, or corporation in violation of Section 94 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended, except to the extent otherwise permitted by other provisions of or amendments to the Constitution.
