Section 9-6A-3Individuals who may become public corporation. The Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the Director of Finance and the Director of the Alabama Department of Energy may become a public corporation, with the powers hereinafter provided, by proceeding according to the provisions of this chapter.
